1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Quest, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional product-specific terms presented to you.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• You must provide reasonably accurate and current information
• You may not use the service if you are prohibited by law
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

3. Using Quest

Quest may include onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, voice or video features, date-planning tools, paid features, and beta or gated access flows. Features may change over time and may not be available in every market.

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful activity
• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or harm other users
• Create fake or misleading profiles or impersonate others
• Send spam, scams, or commercial solicitation
• Share non-consensual sexual content or abusive material
• Scrape, automate, or interfere with the service without permission
• Attempt to bypass limits, access controls, or security measures

4. Safety and Reporting

Quest includes moderation and safety tools such as reporting, blocking, and enforcement review. We may investigate safety or abuse reports using relevant platform and account records.

• Report harmful behavior through the service when possible
• Block users you do not want contacting you
• Contact support for ongoing or serious safety issues
• Contact local law enforcement immediately if there is an emergency or immediate threat

5. Paid Services, Billing, and Refunds

Quest may offer recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases. Current prices, plan names, billing intervals, and feature entitlements are the ones shown in the live paywall, checkout, billing, and purchase surfaces at the time of sale.

• Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider used in the live deployment
• Recurring plans may renew automatically until you cancel
• Unless checkout terms or law say otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• New subscribers may request refund review within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase
• Other refund requests are reviewed based on the purchase, timing, technical issues, fraud checks, and applicable law

If you participate in the affiliate program, separate terms also apply. Review the Affiliate Agreement.

6. Privacy, Data, and Account Tools

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The service may collect and process profile, communication, billing, device, behavioral, safety, and support data as described there.

• You may be able to export a copy of your data
• You may be able to delete your account through account tools
• Some records may be retained for billing, fraud, security, legal, audit, or provider-side recordkeeping reasons

7. AI, Matching, and Moderation Systems

Quest may use automated systems and machine-learning-driven logic for matching, recommendations, fraud detection, content review, visibility, and other product-personalization functions.

These systems may influence what you see or how content is reviewed, but they do not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, or any particular outcome.

8. Intellectual Property and User Content

Quest, its software, branding, and related materials are owned by the company or its licensors and are protected by law.

You keep rights in content you create, but you give us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate, and operate that content in connection with the service. You must have the right to upload any content you share.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or safety risk, engage in fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the service at any time and may use available account tools to export data or delete your account where those tools are provided.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful matches, or the conduct of other users.

To the extent permitted by law, Quest and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a problem with the service, please contact support first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the laws applicable to the operating entity for the service, except where consumer-protection law requires a different rule.
