1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate application information
• You must have a legitimate audience, publication, or promotional channel
• You must comply with advertising, privacy, and consumer-protection law
• You must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct

Quest may approve, reject, suspend, or remove affiliates where permitted by law.

2. FTC and Disclosure Requirements

You must make clear and conspicuous disclosures whenever you promote Quest or use affiliate links.

• Use disclosure labels such as `#ad`, `#sponsored`, or `#affiliate` where appropriate
• Place disclosure language near affiliate links or recommendations
• Make verbal disclosures in video, audio, or live content where required
• Do not hide or obscure the fact that you may be compensated

3. Content and Brand Rules

Affiliate content must be truthful, professional, and consistent with current product positioning.

• Do not make false or misleading claims
• Do not guarantee dating outcomes or business results
• Do not use fake reviews, fake profiles, or fabricated testimonials
• Do not misuse brand assets or impersonate the company or its staff
• Do not use spam, bots, scraped traffic, or deceptive funnels
• Do not publish content that violates law or platform policy

4. Tracking, Attribution, and Commissions

Current commission rates, eligible products, attribution windows, payout methods, payout timing, and minimum payout thresholds are controlled by the live affiliate portal or the current approved program materials in effect at the time of participation.

5. Invalid Traffic and Prohibited Activity

No payout is owed for traffic or conversions generated through:

• Self-referrals
• Fake accounts or fake conversions
• Stolen payment methods
• Click fraud or bot traffic
• Misleading or unlawful promotion
• Activity that violates affiliate instructions or platform terms

Quest may withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions tied to invalid activity where permitted by law.

6. Taxes and Independent Status

Affiliates are independent participants and are responsible for their own taxes, filings, and legal compliance unless written program terms state otherwise.

Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.

7. Suspension and Termination

Either party may end participation in the affiliate program subject to any notice rules stated in the live program materials.

Quest may suspend or terminate participation immediately for fraud, abuse, brand misuse, legal risk, or material policy violations. Termination does not require payment of commissions that were invalid, reversed, fraudulent, or not yet eligible under the program rules.

8. Program Changes

Quest may update the affiliate program, commission schedules, product eligibility, payout methods, branding rules, or portal requirements from time to time. Material changes should be reflected in the current affiliate materials or portal notices.
