If you can’t access your account

Email us from the address connected to your Quest account and request account deletion. If you no longer have access to that email, include as many identifying details as possible (name on the account, phone number if present, approximate signup date, etc.).

• Include the email address connected to the Quest account.
• Tell us whether you want the account deleted immediately or need help signing in first.

What we delete

When your deletion request is processed, we delete your Quest account and associated data tied to your identity, including:

• Profile information (name, bio, prompts, preferences)
• Uploaded photos and media stored for your account
• Matches and conversation data associated with your account
• Engagement signals (likes, blocks, reports) associated with your account
• Firebase Authentication credentials tied to your Quest account

What we may retain

We may retain limited data where required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or financial record-keeping purposes (for example, transaction records from payment processors). Where retention is required, we keep the minimum necessary and limit access.

Timing

We review deletion requests sent to support@lovequestdating.com as quickly as possible. Once we verify account ownership, deletion is normally completed within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons.
